The album has 16 songs and is a little over 20 minutes long. The album is filled with simple, declarative statments that are sung over repetitive beats. The album's sound quality is below average because it was recorded in Anthony Oertel's living room. This album is not a demo. The songs are raw and simple and the production suited the material. The music is supplied by the free drum, bass, and guitar loops downloaded from Loopasonic. While the first nine songs are playful and Old School, the last seven songs touch on more socially conscious subjects.

The MC Potbelly website also has Anthony Oertel's poetry and screenplay. Anthony was also unimpressed with current poetry and movies.
